The location is 6-8 minutes from the city center by bus, very easy to get there, the cleanliness of the accommodation which has a very practical washing machine

The accommodation was close to the city center, and buses ran there frequently. Very nice and clean interior.

Basic cooking supplies were missing—salt, oil, etc. But otherwise we liked it very much.

I liked a strong support from staff whenever I needed help. The staff could respond timely to my requests, providing friendly guiding information that made me feel as if I was in my home country. The stay was superb.

Nothing substantial that I can quickly tell for a short time of 6-7 days that I stayed. However, staff could make some occasional visits, at least once, to the facility and have brief physical interactions with new guests to hear their verbal opinions.
